Does submitting my records mean I will be accepted for treatment?
No. Submission of records begins the evaluation
process. A physician must first determine whether
the proposed treatment is medically appropriate,
scientifically supportable and reasonably safe.
Are regenerative treatments guaranteed to work?
No. Biological responses vary between patients.
Treatment outcomes may be uncertain, particularly
where an intervention is investigational or the
evidence remains limited.
Should I stop my current medicines before treatment?
No medication should be stopped without instructions
from a qualified physician. Medication changes may
create serious risks and must be reviewed individually.
Can I receive treatment during my first visit?
Not necessarily. Some patients may require additional
testing, specialist clearance, imaging, laboratory
evaluation or further review before any procedure is
scheduled.
Can CELLMEX coordinate with my regular physician?
Where appropriate and authorised by the patient,
CELLMEX may coordinate relevant medical information
with the patient's treating physician or specialist.
Are exosomes and stem-cell treatments the same?
No. Stem-cell products contain living cells, whereas
extracellular-vesicle or exosome preparations are
cell-free biological products. Their manufacturing,
characterisation, proposed mechanisms, risks and
regulatory considerations differ.

How much does it cost?
Treatment costs vary depending on the patient’s diagnosis,
the biological product or procedure being considered,
the number of treatment sessions, and any required testing
or follow-up. After medical evaluation, eligible patients
receive a written treatment plan and a complete cost estimate
before scheduling. Simple walk-in Anti-Aging treatments
start at U$D 2,500.00 per treatment.
